Press is an AI-powered document generation platform operated by ForgeLine Systems that produces business plans, pitch decks, and related business materials. Documents are generated based on information you provide during a generation session.
By using Press, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
Press charges per generation. You pay once per document run — there are no subscriptions, recurring charges, or auto-renewals. All payments are processed securely by Stripe.
Generated documents are non-refundable once generation begins. If your generation fails or produces an unusable result due to a technical error on our end, contact us and we'll make it right.
You may use Press for legitimate business purposes only. You may not use Press to:
— Create fraudulent documents intended to deceive lenders, investors, or government agencies.
— Misrepresent your business, financials, or ownership to any party.
— Generate materials that violate any applicable law or regulation.
— Attempt to circumvent, reverse engineer, or abuse the generation infrastructure.
Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination without refund.
You own the documents you generate. By submitting information to Press, you grant ForgeLine Systems a limited license to process that information for the purpose of generating your documents.
ForgeLine Systems retains all rights to the Press platform, its templates, generation models, and underlying infrastructure. Do not submit confidential third-party information you do not have the right to share.
Press documents are AI-generated. They may contain errors, omissions, or information that is inaccurate or outdated. You are responsible for reviewing all generated content for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with applicable requirements before submitting it to any lender, investor, government agency, or other party.
Press does not guarantee approval of any loan, investment, or application. Generated documents are tools to support your process — not substitutes for professional legal, financial, or accounting advice.
ForgeLine Systems is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Press-generated documents or from reliance on their contents. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the service is limited to the amount you paid for the specific generation at issue.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Idaho.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Press after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice.
