ForgeLine Systems operates Press. This policy explains what information we collect when you use Press, how we use it, and your choices. We keep this short and readable on purpose.
Account information — your email address and a secure hash of your password when you register. We never store your password in plain text.
Generation inputs — the prompts, text, and documents you submit when generating a business plan or pitch deck. We use this to produce your output and may use anonymized, aggregated patterns to improve our models.
Payment information — handled entirely by Stripe. We receive a confirmation of payment and a Stripe customer ID. We do not store your card number, CVV, or full billing address.
Usage data — what types of documents you generate, generation timestamps, and general usage patterns. This helps us understand how the product is being used and where to improve it.
We use your information to generate your documents, process your payment, maintain your account, and communicate with you about your account or the service. We may send transactional emails (receipts, error notifications) but not marketing emails unless you opt in.
We do not use your generation inputs to train public AI models or share them with third parties for marketing purposes.
Press uses a small set of trusted third-party services to operate:

We do not sell your personal information to anyone, ever.
Generated documents are stored in your account for 90 days, then permanently deleted. Account data (email, usage history) is retained while your account is active. You can request deletion at any time.
You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon deletion, we remove your personal information within 30 days. You may also request a copy of the data we hold about you by contacting us.
If you're in the EU or UK, you have additional rights under GDPR and UK GDPR including the right to access, rectify, erase, and port your data. Contact us to exercise these rights.
We use industry-standard security practices including encrypted connections (TLS), hashed passwords, and access controls. No system is perfectly secure, but we take the protection of your information seriously.
